Keto Paleo Fried Chicken

A tasty fried chicken recipe that is both keto and paleo-friendly. Instead of breadcrumbs, almond flour is used for a low-carb coating.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Coconut oil for frying

Instructions:

In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper

Dip each chicken tender into beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture

Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Fry the coated chicken tenders in the coconut oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side

Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil

Serve hot and enjoy
