Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400F 200C
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Sear the salmon fillets, skin side down, for 3-4 minutes until golden brown
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through
