Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

This recipe combines tender salmon fillets with a creamy dill sauce for a delicious and elegant seafood dish. The creamy sauce complements the rich flavor of the salmon perfectly, creating a dish that is both satisfying and refreshing.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400F 200C

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

Sear the salmon fillets, skin side down, for 3-4 minutes until golden brown

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through

Meanwhile, prepare the creamy dill sauce: In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped dill, and minced garlic

Serve the salmon hot with the creamy dill sauce drizzled on top
