Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip
This Spinach Artichoke Dip made in a slow cooker is a simple and tasty appetizer that is great for parties or get-togethers. A creamy and tasty dip is easy to make with only a few simple ingredients and very little work.
Ingredients:
- 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Put everything in a slow cooker and stir it around a lot
Cover and cook on low for two to three hours, stirring every now and then, until the cheeses melt and the dip is warm all the way through
Warm it up and serve it with bread slices, tortilla chips, or vegetable sticks
