This Wedge Salad Platter for a Crowd is a classic appetizer thats perfect for gatherings and parties. It features crisp iceberg lettuce wedges topped with a medley of flavorful ingredients, including bacon, blue cheese, and ranch dressing. The combination of textures and flavors makes it a delightful and satisfying dish.

Ingredients:
  • 4 large heads of iceberg lettuce, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup crispy bacon bits
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup sliced red onions
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put the wedges of iceberg lettuce on a large platter

On top of the lettuce wedges, spread out the crumbled blue cheese, sliced red onions, diced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and crispy bacon bits

Spread the ranch dressing on top of the salad

Put chopped chives on top to make it look nice

Add pepper and salt to taste

Serve right away for a tasty and refreshing treat that everyone will love
