Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup heart-shaped marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional

Instructions:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips, heavy cream, and unsalted butter

Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth

Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt

Pour the chocolate mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds, filling each mold halfway

Add a heart-shaped marshmallow to the center of each mold, pressing it down gently

Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and chopped nuts if desired on top of the marshmallows

Pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the top to cover the fillings

Tap the molds gently to remove any air bubbles and ensure even distribution of the chocolate

Place the molds in the refrigerator and let the chocolate bombs set for at least 2 hours, or until they are firm

Remove the chocolate love bombs from the molds and enjoy Warm them up by placing them in a cup of hot milk for a truly gooey center
