Meatza Pie
Meatza Pie is a low-carb pizza alternative that has your favorite pizza toppings on a chicken crust that is stuffed with cheese. Its a gluten-free and high-protein choice thats great for people who want a healthier pizza fix.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400F 200C
In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Mix well
Press the chicken mixture into a 12-inch pizza pan, shaping it into a thin crust
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the chicken crust
Sprinkle the diced green bell pepper, diced red onion, and sliced black olives on top of the sauce
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken crust is cooked through and the toppings are bubbly and slightly browned
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing
