Fig & Ricotta Bruschetta Dip

This dip is simple to make and tastes great with figs and creamy ricotta cheese. This dip is great for parties or as a tasty appetizer because it has both sweet and savory flavors that will make your guests want more.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh figs
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions:

Put ricotta cheese, honey, basil, lemon zest, and chopped figs in a bowl

Mix the ingredients together well until they are all evenly mixed in

Add pepper and salt to taste

Place the dip in a bowl for serving

Serve with baguette slices
