Paleo Grilled Chicken with Avocado Salsa

This Paleo Grilled Chicken with Avocado Salsa is a delicious and healthy dinner option thats perfect for a Whole 30 compliant meal. The smoky grilled chicken pairs perfectly with the creamy and refreshing avocado salsa.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

Brush this mixture evenly over the chicken breasts

Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center

While the chicken is grilling, prepare the avocado salsa
